Virtual Services
Virtual Acne Consultation $55 (45 min)
Book a one-on-one video consultation with an acne expert who will assess your skin’s unique needs and acne type to create a customized skincare plan. This foundational step in your clear-skin journey provides the education and guidance you need to achieve and maintain clear skin. Products sold separately.
For clients who have never been to our Face RealityAcne Clinic and former clients who have not been seen by an Acne Expert at Le Spa in the last year.

Existing Client Virtual Check-in $30.00 (20-30 min)
After your initial consultation, you’ll need to check in through video call with your acne specialist at least twice, spaced two weeks apart, as your skincare routine will need ongoing adjustments based on your skin’s progress.
Our acne experts are available anytime after that To help support you and your skin at home! Connect with an Acne Expert as part of your ongoing care to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your skin or home care routine.

What to Expect
- Your acne products must be purchased during the first appointment.
- Plan on spending about $250 on products. These products are an essential part of getting your skin clear.
- We do not offer a program without product purchase.
- The products will include a cleanser, a toner, AM & PM acne serum, moisturizer and sun protection. Sunscreen is required.
- Products must be refilled as you run out and it is not recommended to use any outside products for of the duration of your acne clearing program.
